Another OUI Report: Worcester's Charles Goodwin

The emergency dispatch commissioner of the City of Worcester is latest hack to get a bad ice cube. See incident report below.
Charles Goodwin was busted the same day Westboro Police Chief Tito Todd Minardi was taken into custody at Star Liquors in Shrewsbury.
Goodwin was lugged on the Mass Pike in his city GMC Yukon (regular, not "ghost" plates).

Highlights, or is it lowlights: Trooper found sleeve of nips, 4 empties, 4 full. Brand not noted. (What is it with these Worcester hacks and nips -- remember Rep. David LeBouef & his Dr. McGillicuddys?) "When he said Worcester, the word was extremeley slurred and difficult for him to pronounce." Told the statie he was a police officer but "did not have his firearm with him." "GOODWIN stated that he was currently working... unsteady on his feet." On the sidewalk Olympics, statie kept him on roadway rather than grass "due to how unsteady he was, I didn't want him to fall down the embankment."
He is now on "paid administrative leave," you know, like Chief Tito Todd.
